Code & data belong to you.
After full payment, all code, designs, and content belong to your business. We hand over the complete source code, access to all accounts (hosting, domain, analytics), and technical documentation. You could move to another provider from day one — even though that is naturally not what we hope for.

A response within one business day.
Enquiries — whether by email or via the briefing form — receive an initial assessment from us within one Swiss business day. Usually faster. 'We'll be in touch at some point' is not something we say.

No hidden costs.
Before the project starts you receive a fixed-price quote with clearly listed line items. What it says is what applies — even if we end up investing more time than planned. Extensions during the project are discussed separately, never billed without warning.

You speak directly with the builder.
There is no hotline, no account manager, no sub-outsourcing abroad. The person who builds your project is also the person you can message on WhatsApp. Personal, direct, honest.

No lock-in.
We use standard technologies (Next.js, WordPress, Vercel, Postgres) — no proprietary frameworks or custom-built CMS systems. If you ever want to work with someone else, any professional developer can pick it up.

A clean exit is always possible.
Maintenance contracts are monthly cancellable. No minimum term, no penalties, no strings attached. If you are better served elsewhere, we help with the handover.
