How we approached it.
Starting point
Taxi customers in Zurich search Google first, and expect online booking plus clear prices. DriveCab was practically invisible digitally: no website with a booking flow, no local SEO presence, only phone and email.
Our approach
We built DriveCab as a complete booking web app with Next.js: SEO-strong structure for «Taxi Zürich» and related search terms, real-time availability, dynamic route price calculation, Stripe payment, and an internal driver and analytics system for operations. All type-safe, mobile-first, and GDPR-compliant.
The outcome
Today passengers find DriveCab on Google, book online with a transparent price overview, and the business manages jobs through the driver system, with reporting in the internal analytics dashboard, without privacy compromises.
