Together with you and the people who do the work, we walk through the day: enquiries, quotes, job reports, accounting, communication. Where time gets lost, where errors happen.
Use case prioritisation
All the ideas become three to five, sorted by benefit and effort. What pays off within weeks comes first. What would merely be nice goes on the list for later.
Tool selection
For each use case, we say whether an existing tool is enough, whether a setting in bexio or Microsoft 365 will do, or whether a custom module is needed.
Data protection check under the revDPA
Which data may go into which tool, where it's stored, what needs to be in the privacy policy. You get clear rules for the team, not legal jargon.
Team training
In the second part of the workshop, your staff practise on real examples from your business: an enquiry, a quote, a review. With rules on what may go into the AI and what may not.
Report within a week
A few pages, no slide deck: the prioritised use cases, the recommended tool for each, effort, sequence and the data protection rules. Understandable for everyone in the business.
Implementation by us, optional
If you want, we implement the first use case: as a chatbot, an automation module or an AI feature in your software. If not, you still have a plan.

Frequently asked questions
Which businesses is the AI consultation worth it for?
For SMEs from around three people that regularly deal with enquiries, quotes, job reports or reviews: trades, cleaning, facility services, garages, practices, beauty, property, transport. For sole traders, the free initial call is often enough.
Do we need to prepare anything?
Very little. A few everyday examples, say five enquiries, two quotes, two reviews, and the people who work with them should be at the workshop. We prepare the rest.
What's in the report?
Three to five prioritised use cases with benefit and effort, the recommended tool for each, the order of implementation and the data protection rules for your team. A few pages, understandable, no jargon.
Are we obliged to implement with you afterwards?
No. The report is yours. Many use cases can be implemented yourselves with a setting in bexio or Microsoft 365, and we say so in writing. Where a custom module is needed, we quote it separately.
What does the AI consultation cost?

What about data protection if the team uses ChatGPT?
We settle that in the workshop: which tools with Swiss or EU hosting are an option, which data must never go into a tool, and what belongs in your privacy policy. Your team gets rules that work day to day.
