Analysis
Where the data lives, which tools are in use, who approves. That becomes the fixed-price quote for the first module.
Build and trial run
We build the module and run it alongside real enquiries for two weeks. You see every draft before it goes out, and we refine.
Go-live and next module
After 3–6 weeks, the first module is running day to day. Then you decide whether a second workflow follows and whether you want ongoing support.
Frequently asked questions
Which workflows are suited to AI automation?
Anything that recurs, follows a similar structure and is typed by hand today: quotes, replies to enquiries and reviews, appointment confirmations, social posts, transferring data between website, bexio and calendar. One-off special cases don't qualify.
Does this work with bexio and our existing tools?
Yes. bexio, Abacus and Banana have interfaces, as do Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 and the common website forms. For industry software without an interface, we find a route during the analysis or tell you honestly that there isn't one.
What happens if the AI writes something wrong?
Nothing, because it doesn't go out. Every draft passes an approval step with you or with us. Prices and terms come from your price list, not from the AI. Errors in drafts show up in the log, and we refine the workflow.
How long until an automation is running?
3–6 weeks per module, depending on how many tools are connected. That includes two weeks of trial running with real enquiries before you rely on the module.
What does an AI automation cost?
Individual automations are modules from CHF 2,500. The initial call is free, the exact figure is in the fixed-price quote after the analysis. Ongoing support is optional and agreed separately.
Do our staff need to learn something new?
Hardly. The drafts land where your team already works: in the inbox, in bexio, in the calendar. The only new thing is that a suggestion is already there. A short introduction at handover is enough.
