The last customer's Word file as the template, line items adjusted by hand, and somewhere the old price or the wrong name is still in there.

Material prices change, the templates do not. You end up quoting with last year's figures and only notice on site.

AI text suggestions, if you want them
The introduction and description are suggested from your previous quotes, you read through and adjust. Prices never come from the AI, only from your list.
PDF in your own layout, sent from the tool
Logo, terms and signature are built in. Sent by email straight from the tool, with a status showing whether the quote has been opened.
Handover to bexio, Abacus or Banana
Accepted quotes become the order and the invoice in your accounting software. No line item is typed twice.

For services that can be standardised, the website calculates a guide price for the visitor and sends you the enquiry with all the details.
The quoting module starts at CHF 2,500 and is ready in 3–6 weeks; together with CRM, time tracking and a customer portal it forms a complete system from CHF 18,000. Concept call
We look at three of your recent quotes: which items repeat, where errors creep in, what has to be on the PDF. You then receive a fixed-price quote.
Price list and templates
Your price list is imported from the spreadsheet; standard wording and job types are defined together.
Development with working builds
After two weeks you create the first real quote in the tool. Anything awkward is changed before it is finished.
Integration and launch
Accounting and CRM are connected, the team is shown round. Ongoing support is optional under a maintenance agreement.
Frequently asked questions about the quoting tool
Isn't the built-in quoting in bexio enough?
For simple quotes with a few line items, yes. Once you need templates per job type, a maintained price list, entry from the phone on site or a calculator on the website, it reaches its limits. Our tool complements bexio, it does not replace it.
What does the quoting tool cost?
The module from CHF 2,500. As part of a complete system with CRM and time tracking, from CHF 18,000. After a short concept call you receive a fixed-price quote.
How long does it take?
The quoting module 3–6 weeks, a complete system 8–16 weeks, depending on the size of the price list and the integrations.
Does the AI write my quotes?
No. If you want, the AI suggests the introduction and descriptions based on your previous quotes. Prices, quantities and line items come only from your price list, and you approve every quote yourself.
Can staff create quotes on site?
Yes, the tool runs in the browser on phones and tablets. Smaller quotes are captured during the site visit and sent the same evening.
