Starting point
A tech and AI startup lives and dies by its first product. There was no existing presence to build on, brand, website, and an AI-powered web app had to come together in parallel, fast enough to reach the market as an MVP and solid enough to build upon.
Our approach
As a co-founder, I laid the technical foundation: website and web app with Next.js, AI integration at the core of the product, type-safe and documented code. Focused on what makes the MVP, shipped fast, without technical debt, on an architecture that scales with the startup.

The MVP is live: Xenolu launched with a presence of its own and a working, AI-powered web app, a technical foundation that carries the next iterations instead of holding them back.
