AI agency Dietikon: AI modules for businesses between Zurich and Baden

In Dietikon we have already delivered an AI project with Mulliri Schweiz: product images and creatives for the whole range were produced with AI. We offer similar things to businesses in town, from chatbot and automation to a half-day consultation. Modules start at CHF 2,500, and the initial call is free.

Mulliri Schweiz: AI for images and creatives

Mulliri Schweiz is based in Dietikon and sells coffee from Tirana online, to private customers and to hospitality businesses. The Shopify shop had no product images of its own, and anyone who did not know the brand could hardly see what they were buying. We created product images and creatives for the whole range with AI, from Turkish coffee through beans and moka to the aluminium capsules, and redesigned the shop. A person checks every result before it is published: that is how we work with AI.

A chatbot for questions that sound the same every day

Opening hours, delivery, prices, appointments: many businesses in Dietikon answer the same questions every day. A chatbot on your website takes that off your hands, evenings included, and answers only from content you have approved. When someone makes an enquiry, name, phone number and request end up with you. We built chatbots for Parkett Vision in Adliswil, 14 kilometres away, and for Infinitus Security in Thalwil, 17 kilometres away. As a module a chatbot starts at CHF 2,500.

Automation: less typing in the office

One example: an enquiry arrives through the form, the AI reads it, classifies it and creates a quote draft with line items and cover text. You check quantities and prices and send. A second: new Google reviews get a draft reply that you approve or change. Modules of this kind are in use within three to six weeks, from CHF 2,500. Prices and terms come from your price list, not from the AI.

Consultation at your business in Dietikon

The AI consultation is half a day at your premises. We go through where your business loses time, rate the ideas by effort and benefit and put the result in writing. The initial call beforehand is free, and for the consultation you receive a fixed-price quote. Hosting is in Switzerland or the EU, and we process data under the Swiss revDPA. What the AI should not see stays outside.

Frequently asked questions about AI in Dietikon

What did Mulliri in Dietikon do with AI?

Product images and creatives for the whole range were produced with AI, from Turkish coffee to the capsules. We also redesigned the shop and rebuilt the buying process. The case study is listed under the references on this page.

What do AI modules cost for a business in Dietikon?

Chatbot and automations are modules from CHF 2,500. The initial call is free, and after a short analysis you receive a fixed-price quote. The half-day AI consultation also comes with a fixed-price quote. Ongoing support is optional.

Where does the data go when a chatbot takes enquiries?

To servers in Switzerland or the EU, processed under the Swiss revDPA. Together with you we decide which data the AI sees at all, and we extend your privacy policy accordingly.

Is an AI chatbot also something for hospitality and shops?

That depends on the questions. If guests or customers ask the same thing every day, such as opening hours, delivery or range, a chatbot takes that off your hands. Where the conversation on site matters most, it pays off less. We clarify that for free in the initial call.
