Mulliri Schweiz

Mulliri Vjeter, «the old mill», has been roasting in Tirana since 1993, and there are around 25 Mulliri cafés in Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia. Mulliri Schweiz is the Swiss representation, based in Dietikon, and sells Kafe Turke, coffee beans, moka and Nespresso-compatible aluminium capsules online, to private customers and to hospitality businesses. The shop, however, had no product photos of its own and no sales process that led visitors to an order. For a brand that sells on taste and origin, that is a big disadvantage.

Our approach

We redesigned the Shopify shop completely and created product photos of our own for the whole range, so every variety and every pack looks the way it arrives. On top came landing pages, for example for the Turkish coffee, the capsules or resellers and hospitality, which show where the coffee comes from and what it is good for. We rebuilt the sales process from the ground up: clear categories, discovery sets, shorter paths from the product page to the cart and a checkout with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. Product and landing pages are optimised for Google, and with Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram Mulliri reaches the people who are looking for coffee from home.

The outcome

Today Mulliri presents itself in Switzerland the way the brand is known in Tirana: with photos of its own, clear landing pages and a shop where nobody gets stuck between the first click and the order, plus advertising that brings new customers straight there.
